Hi! I’m Jenny Hedrick, a doula in Northern Colorado. With 20 years of experience in mental health, I’ve guided women through some of life’s most profound transitions, including infertility, miscarriage, and the emotional challenges of pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Having had three home births myself, I bring firsthand insight into the birthing process. I’ve also supported friends in their home births and as a midwife helper. This combination of professional expertise and personal experience allows me to offer a holistic, compassionate, and empowering presence during your pregnancy and delivery.

As a Christian doula, I see birth as a sacred and God-designed process. My role is to walk alongside you with steady emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Drawing on 20 years as a mental health therapist and my own home birth experiences, I help women work through fears, lean into peace, and embrace the strength God has placed within them. With me by your side, you’ll have someone who understands your needs, advocates for your wishes, and continually points you back to the hope and courage found in Christ—so you can feel supported, confident, and empowered in every step of your birth journey.
